Being a good operator is key to running a sustainable business.  In many industries and professions, some operators think they are above the law and start making their own rules.  We have just been informed about a country real estate agent who has a local monopoly and is refusing to submit an offer to the seller.  This realtor is breaking the law which clearly states that the agent is required to submit every offer to the seller.

Here at Primarius, we are diligent about staying in our lane and it has protected us and our clients in numerous instances.  Being a good operator is not only about running a good business but also about upholding the law at the same time. This real estate agent is running the risk of not only a bad reputation and being reported but is unlikely to get any future business from our client, who has another property to sell. That's what we call bad business!
