Here at Primarius, we believe we need to be a team to look after you. A few years ago, we became aware of two different firms where a Partner died and left the business and their client affairs in chaos.  We have purposefully built systems, policies, and communication lines to avoid this kind of tragedy.

This is what it means on a day-to-day basis:

1. Backup & support - you may find a few team members listed in your Xero or other data file; this is to ensure that we may assist each other with any queries that come up from time to time.  We can switch people into and out of all our systems in minutes, this makes us flexible and ready to assist you when you need it.
2. Anti-discrimination - we have a strong anti-discrimination and bullying policy. This means we will not tolerate any abusive or rude behaviour from our team or anybody interacting with us.
3. Diversity - we have always had a diverse team, so we take discrimination on any basis very seriously and actively work to be as inclusive as possible.
4. Team emails - we use team emails so that there is always someone to support you as our client, but also to ensure we may support our team when someone is away or unwell and that you will receive a response in a timely manner.
