Here at Primarius, we believe that life is all about focusing on the good things and one of these is celebrating milestones.

Birthdays

Once a team member has been with us for more than 3 months, they are able to take a paid day off on or around their birthday month each and every year. Of course, they still have to bring sweet treats before or after the event!   

Work anniversaries

We also celebrate work anniversaries every year with a gift pack to thank and congratulate each person.  We feel this is more positive than waiting until someone leaves to organise going away parties or gifts. We would rather thank them regularly during their career with us.  It is a journey we are all on together and we like to remember this as often as possible along the way.
