We believe in team diversity for a number of reasons and so does this article on team diversity.

Here are a few reasons:

1. Weak and strong: we are all strong in some areas and weaker in others, leaders should surround themselves with team members that complement their skills and weaknesses.
2. Culture: our Australian culture is beautifully diverse and unique - we can celebrate it by supporting, encouraging, and learning from those different to us.
3. Diverse client base: we look after a variety of clients, so we like the option of being able to match our team to clients.
4. Practicality: it works! We find that we all are able to bring different ideas and perspectives to every situation and we like it.

Our only criteria are that all our team members respect our culture, maintain professionalism, and have a reasonable level of spoken and written English.
