Effective 1 November 2021 there are new requirements for directors to register for a Director ID.

The dates to register are as follows:

  1. Existing directors: if you became a director on or before 31 October 2021 then you must apply by 30 November 2022.
  2. New directors: if you are becoming or intend to become a director of a company then from 5 April 2022 you must register before your appointment.

Please note: a Director must complete the application themselves and cannot instruct an authorised agent (i.e. us!) to apply for the Director ON on their behalf, unfortunately, you must do this yourself.
