Happy Chinese New Year to all our clients, friends, and family!

Yes, we have used the Cantonese version "Kung Hei Fat Choi" as we have fond memories of our years living in Hong Kong in the early 90's and celebrating Lunar New Year.  Ahhh...just the mention of the moon reminds me of moon cakes, I know the Moon Festival is only on 29 September this year, but I do not think I can wait that long will have to go and find some.

In the meantime, I think we shall all have to go enjoy some Dim Sum to celebrate either with takeway from Little China Girl or at our favourite eating spot here in Perth - 8 on the Point

Here is hoping this Lunar year is even better than the last. The year of the Rat (2021) was pretty ordinary, the year of the Ox (2022) was better. So! out with the old and in with the new, the Year of the Rabbit 22 September 2023 - Kung Hei Fat Choi to you all!
