We have a culture of offering work experience as it provides several practical benefits. Sometimes this involves finding out what career options could look like as in Larry's case where he learnt the practical benefits of work experience are actually identifying the right career for you and it may even be a different direction! However, recently we had a great success story where an attendee from a women's refuge attended work experience at our office for 3-months in 2021 and now has a full-time permanent position offering her career opportunities, the sky is literally the limit for her now!
