There are lots of ways to set up shared rental spaces e.g., renting out your house or apartment through Airbnb, Stayz or similar, or sharing office space that you personally own through Coworker, Rubberdesk, Liquidspace or other similar platforms.

We were recently in Witchcliffe in rural WA and found a couple of amazing spaces over there, combining art with craft stores, cafes, wood work and local training. The people were all so friendly and hospitable with so many different industries and crafts on display.
